About AmericanHoists.com

Our Story

Born out of a decades old Overhead Crane Service Company, we have been ordering hoists for our clients for years. When our clients had a hoist breakdown they needed a replacement right away, but we commonly experienced month-long lead times, inconsistent pricing, unexpected fees, and products that arrived with the wrong specifications. We had a big problem, but we realized that this was an industry prime for disruption.

Taking a modern approach to eCommerce, we simplified the order process and set ourselves up so that when you call Americanhoists.com, you are speaking to an American, Hoist expert on every call.

We are proud to be an American company, and to supply high-quality hoists and crane systems to American Manufacturers.

From the Founder’s Desk

“When I founded American Hoists, it wasn’t to build just another equipment supplier. It was born out of frustration. For years, our crane service company watched manufacturers lose precious days waiting for replacement hoists—wrong specs, inconsistent prices, endless delays. We decided enough was enough.
American Hoists exists to bring reliability back to the American manufacturing floor. Our goal is simple: make ordering the right hoist fast, clear, and dependable. We combine decades of hands-on experience with the efficiency of modern e-commerce so our customers can keep doing what they do best—building the backbone of this country.”

Built on Real-World Experience

Decades of hands-on work in overhead cranes taught us exactly what customers need—and what they can’t afford to wait for.

Fast. Honest. American.

We partner with U.S. suppliers that deliver quickly, cut through red tape, and keep production lines moving.
